BOHLE offers career opportunities in different occupational fields. In addition to commercial training opportunities in our central administration in Gummersbach, it is also possible to complete an apprenticeship in a skilled trade. After successfully completing their final examinations, the vast majority of trainees and apprentices will be taken on the company. We train drywall installers and industrial insulation workers in our industrial apprenticeship programmes at our sites.

Fitter
As a fitter, you will need manual dexterity and accuracy. You are responsible for the implementation of the construction and assembly plan in accordance with the wishes of the client. You will get your instructions from the foreman or site manager of the particular site. You will work in a team and make thermal and sound insulation, which you will install professionally - using the expertise you have gained during training.
Foreman
As a foreman, you already take first managerial responsibility for smaller installation teams, assign jobs to your co-workers and keep an eye on the quality of the work and on deadlines. You take care of the needs of your co-workers, co-ordinate the work with the site manager and keep him up to date on the progress on your job site.
Site manager
As a site manager, you are responsible for your construction site, get the necessary information from your foreman and keep an eye on the construction progress and costs while coordinating the processes on site. You are responsible for the construction schedule and the ordering of materials, and you advise and look after the client on site. You are the main contact person for your project manager and all your fitters on site.
Project manage
As a project manager, you have now advanced to the management level. This job calls for organizational skills and business acumen. You are now responsible for managing various construction sites. Accordingly, you already have a high degree of personal responsibility and are in close contact with architects and the main contractor, whom you advise in technical matters. You also have financial responsibility now and are in constant touch with your site managers to organize your sites so that the client will be satisfied and the project adds up economically.
Branch manager
As a branch manager, you are ultimately responsible for the entire branch at your location. You make sure that your branch is in good shape economically and take personal responsibility for all the fitters, foremen, site managers and project managers who work for your branch. This is where you can prove your strengths as a manager and your business acumen. You are the first point of contact for the company management, and you use your leadership qualities to ensure that the clients are always highly satisfied, that the branch operates profitably and that your employees are supported and their needs are met.
We train industrial office workers in our central administration in Gummersbach. In the course of your training you will get to know the great variety of commercial activities and will pass through the various administration departments. This is how you will get to know the work in the financial accounting, payroll accounting, marketing, central purchasing or human resources departments, for example. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks there, such as the writing, reviewing, account assignment and posting of invoices, the ordering of construction materials and logistical organization of their delivery, recruitment of personnel and much more. In the course of your training you have the opportunity to find out where your strengths and interests lie, and after you have successfully completed your training, there will be a variety of possibilities in terms of which of the respective departments you would like to work for.
