2-year contract with Münchner Rückversicherungs AG
Bohle Innenausbau, branch office Berlin, has received a 2-year contract for the tenant fit-out of a large property of Münchner Rück in Berlin city centre.
As contractor for the expanded fit-out, we will realise further upscale rental areas with a total of over 8,000 m² in this top location, starting June 2011, for globally operating companies and according to tenant wishes.
The construction work will take place under the more difficult conditions of a building complex already partly used as trade- and office spaces, as well as owner-occupied flats.
The branch in Berlin thereby puts its activity emphasis “complex fit-out” further into practice.
